What makes us different
Our experience with some of the major UK cleaning organisations has convinced us that fresh approach to the delivery of cleaning services is both necessary and desirable.
Most cleaning companies pay their cleaners poorly and offer unsociable hours. Little wonder then that they have to employ a multitude of middle managers to sort out the inevitable staffing issues. The amount of overhead needed to manage failures in effect reduces the profitability of each contract and a cycle of needing to reduce operating costs by paying the minimum wage ensues.
We feel that if we pay our staff a reasonable wage we will overcome many of the traditional issues that blight the contract cleaning industry. We also offer an incentivised payment mechanism that consists of 12 incremental payments based on attendance and performance. This combined with our "hands on" management approach ensures customer and staff satisfaction.
Our strategy is to achieve a certain level of growth and remain at this point where maximum involvement and personal service are still realistic objectives. We really are passionate about our business.

Wages and Staff Benefits Few of us would relish the prospect of going to work on the or close to the minimum wage for an hour or two a day. Decent wages derived from reasonable rates of pay and a reasonable slice of work do wonders for staff motivation. |
Management Approach We would rather negate many of the issues we face with staffing with wages and meaningful benefits. Hence we don't employ middle managers who spend their life in front of the client explaining why things ar'nt working out. The management we do have is very much involved in each clean and contributes to the running of the company. |
Local and Personal We are loathed to use Service Level Agreements and other rather adversarial management tools. We are the type of organisation that can be approached in person or by phone |
